DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We guarantee you a quality and secure delivery with the possibility of making an appointment with the carrier (UPS, GEODIS, STEF, FEDEX, etc.) in order to collect your package in person.
Upon delivery and before signing the delivery note, make sure to check the general condition of the boxes, bottles and the completeness of your order. In the case of delivery on a pallet, make sure to check the integrity of the protective film and the warranty strips.In case of breakage or missing bottles, you must write "reservations issued" + stipulate the reference(s) (the name of the wine) and the number of bottle(s) concerned on the delivery note. Remember to take photos .
You can also refuse delivery.
